• Basic knowledge of nutritional sciences
• Most up-to-date exercise equipment
• You will get an added advantage if you have certification in adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR

As you achieve experience, you will get several opportunities. If you have gained ample expertise in this field, you will easily get recognition as a personal trainer. If you have the ability to write books or make instructional videos, it can be your additional source of income.
