The person should have a nice speaking approach, be smart in appearance and have a descent idea of dressing. There are numerous institutes and universities which offer diploma, certificate, degree, bachelor, master and doctorate degrees in this field. One thing you should keep in mind that those institutions have to be accredited by the state PA board.
